The Vane Puppy operates by the rotary sliding vane principle, has Vectra rotor and vanes that are designed to handle oil or diesel fuel transfer. Pumps up to 5-1/2 GPM and transfers diesel fuel from a 55 gallon drum in 10 minutes. Self-priming to 3 feet. Quiet. Low amp draw. The vane puppies are equipped with a high torque motor with ball type shaft bearings and are rated for continuous duty operation. The bronze pump has ports with 1/2 internal pipe thread and 1 external hose barb. Also supplied are port adaptors for 3/4 garden hose thread.
